Due to the curated and limited nature of The Getaway Box subscription, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for subscription boxes once an order has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your box arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Team@thegetawaybox.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.
