Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming box, cancellations must be completed before the renewal date listed in your subscription details.

Failed or Late Cancellations

If a cancellation is submitted after a renewal charge has processed, that order will be fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.

Skipping a Shipment

Subscribers may skip an upcoming shipment through their customer account prior to the renewal cutoff date.
